To do: Play indoor hide and seek to get your body moving this winter
Time: 30 minutes
Materials: Places in your house to hide
__
Hide and Seek is passed down from generation to generation and never seems to get old.
Try resurrecting this classic game as a great indoor winter activity. It doesn’t involve a ton of materials or electronics, and helps you get in some extra exercise.
Get creative with hiding places but don’t be worried if your very young child chooses the same hiding place again and again. They love repetition, and delight in your ability to find them every time!
